Skidmore Shop is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.
On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.
We do not ship internationally.

General Information
All returns and exchanges require the original Skidmore Shop sales receipt.
All merchandise must be in the original condition, including all the original packaging intact.
Refunds will be given in the same manner as the payment of the original purchase.
Returns and exchanges of non-textbook merchandise will be accepted within 15 days of the purchase date. Online purchases need to contact the Skidmore Shop for a return authorization within 15 days of receipt of their order.
Art kits, dissecting kits, all metals/silver, welding supplies, and special order items are non-refundable.
Defective merchandise will be replaced for the same item if returned within 30 days of purchase. A $10 order restocking fee will be charged for merchandise and textbook orders that are held for pick up and have not been claimed within 15 days of order fulfillment.
Textbook Returns
All returns and exchanges require the original Skidmore Shop sales receipt.
Books must be in original condition, (new if new), with access code/CD/workbook if applicable.
Some exclusions may apply.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as purchased (cash/credit card/Skidmore Card).
Defective books will be exchanged.
The last day to return textbooks and other course materials is the last day of the add/drop period each semester.
Textbook Buyback
Students interested in receiving cash back for their textbooks are able to participate in our buyback event held at the end of each semster. Please note that this buyback event is NOT a part of our return process and is hosted by a third party vendor.
Apple Inc. Information
All returns and exchanges require the original Skidmore Shop sales receipt. All Apple Inc. products must be in the original packaging, unopened and unmarked. Returns and exchanges of all unopened Apple Inc. products must be completed within 7 days of purchase
Apple gift cards, MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watch, and opened packages are not returnable.
